Gisclareny, the smallest town in Catalonia has no urban nucleus, it does not have a bar, bakery or food store. It has no ATMs, no school, and no easy road access in winter. In addition, it does not have the best telecommunications, it only has coverage in certain places of its municipal district.

We arrive at the town of Gisclareny, the smallest town in Catalonia. We started walking, we didn't find anyone on its streets. It looks like a ghost town. As soon as we arrive at the town of Gisclareny we find its town hall and the Church of the Mare de Déu del Roser.

Gisclareny is a village that was historically known as paradise. If there is paradise, Gisclareny is quite similar to it. In the act of consecration of the parish of Sant Miquel de Turbians (formerly of Paradise), consecrated in 948, it speaks of a village in the town known as El Paraíso. Today there is still a house called Paradise.
